Shipping & Returns

Exceptional customer service alongside quality value-added products are SMART WALLABY's basics. Our business strategy is simple - we want our customers happy! That means fast, free deliveries, and quick return processing. When it comes to policies, we like to keep things simple. Here's the breakdown on shipping, returns, warranty, and gift exchanges:

Shipping:

• We offer FREE standard shipping (5-7 working days*) across our site.

• We will ship your order via the fastest service available according to your location, often via Amazon.

• We are currently shipping only within the USA 48 contiguous states, not including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

*Please keep in mind that during these uncertain COVID-19 pandemic times, shipping duration may take longer than usual due to lack of manpower and transportation. We are doing our best to ship your order out ASAP, but once we do things are not really up to us. Please be patient, and try and order in advance. Thank you for understanding!

Returns & Refunds:

• We have a 30-day return policy. That means that we'll happily accept a return of any product purchased from us within 30 days for a full refund.

•  To be eligible for a refund the product must be in the same condition it was when you received it, unopened and unused, including its original packaging. The refund will not include any ship-back fees.

• If you wish to return a product, please follow these easy steps:

1. Write to us at: customer-service@smartwallaby.com. Make sure to include your name and order No.
2. You will receive an email from us authorizing the return within 3 working days. We will also provide you with the shipping back address.
3. After receiving the authorization email from us, securely pack the product and ship it back to us at the address we have provided.

• Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will automatically issue a refund to the original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty:

• At SMART WALLABY, we take great pride in our quality products and offer a six months warranty on all the products purchased from us. 

• That means that under our discretion we will replace, send replacement parts for, or refund any defective or damaged product you've purchased within six months of purchase.

• Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover any damages caused by the customer.

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Exchange:

• We will happily exchange any SMART WALLABY gift you've received for an equal or lesser value product, as long as your gift is in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged. Simply contact us at:
